Return Process

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
